根據VIGO HONG KONG INVESTMENT LIMITED （「VIGO」）與CIL Holdings Limited 華建控股有限公司（「CIL」）所訂立日期為二零一九年九月 三十日之和解協議，該等訂約方同意按和解公佈更具體載列之方式對法院訴訟達成和解。透過該等訂約方所訂立日期為二零一九年十一月十一日之補充和解協議（「補充和解協議」），該等訂約方同意，根據補充和解協議所載之條款及在其條件之規限下，其中包括， CIL按每股和解股份 0.02港元之代價向VIGO發行867,000,000股CIL股本中每股面值0.01 港元之新股份，涉及金額為17,340,000港元。详见CIL于二零一九年十一月十一日之公佈。
