Supplementary information: |
On 20 December 2019, Starcross Group Limited ("Starcross") entered into two supplemental facility agreements with counterparties to, among others, amend and extend the exercise period of the put option exercisable by Starcross to require the relevant counterparties to purchase such number of listed corporation's shares, to five business days immediately prior to the extended final maturity date (i.e. 14 November 2020) or on the final maturity date or such other date the parties may agree.
