Ms. Chew has resigned as executive director and chief executive officer of the listed corporation (the "Company") with effect from 6 June 2019. Following her resignation, she is still deemed to have long position and short position in 225,100,000 shares of the Company due to the interest of her spouse (i.e. Mr. Leong Hing Loong Rudoff) and remains as a substantial shareholder of the Company.
