Supplementary information: |
Completion of the sale of 149,900,000 shares ("Shares") of the listed corporation by Starcross Group Limited ("Starcross") took place on 10 May 2019, and the number of Shares which Starcross was entitled to require the counterparty or its nominees to purchase upon the exercise of put option on the final maturity date (i.e. 14 November 2019) by Starcross pursuant to the facility agreement dated 15 November 2018 was reduced by 44,656,469 Shares.
