Supplementary information: |
On December 23, 2019, the award and vesting of all the awarded shares under the 2010 Share Award Plan of WH Group Limited was completed by way of the adoption of the Chang Yun Share Plan. Mr. Guo Lijun was awarded 47,484,457 shares under the 2010 Share Award Plan and became a participant of the Chang Yun Share Plan. Pursuant to an entrustment agreement dated December 23, 2019, Messrs. Guo Lijun, Ma Xiangjie and Liu Songtao, were entrusted to act as the trustees of the Chang Yun Share Plan.
