Supplementary information: |
Mr. Dong Choi Chi Alex, Mr. Cheng Ting Kong and Mr. Chau Cheok Wa are parties to a parties acting in concert deed dated 23 Jan 2018. Total no. of issued shares of the Company has increased due to the issue of shares on 13 Dec 2019 pursuant to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement. While the total no. of shares in which the parties are interested remains the same, the % figure of parties' interest has decreased from 59.03% to 57.48% as a result of the increase in total no. of issued shares.
