Supplementary information: |
On 11 Oct 2018, Smart Investor Holdings Limited, Lau Ming Ho Peter and Li Man Yee Stella entered into an agreement (SPA) and pursuant to which, each of them conditionally agreed to sell the shares they held in the Issuer to Zhongtai International Investment Group Limited and Mr Lau and Madam Li had irrevocably undertaken to accept the option offer to cancel all options to be made by Zhongtai. As certain conditions precedents to the SPA were not fulfilled, the SPA was terminated on 30 Sep 2019.
