Supplementary information: |
On 20 May 2019, the Company and the Director entered into a subscription agreement in relation to the Company's conditional issue of 36-month 7% convertible bonds in the principal amount of HK$200,000,000 at the conversion price of HK$2.33 per share to the Director. Such convertible bonds are convertible from the issue date up to the close of business on the date which is five trading days prior to the maturity date.
