Rundong Fortune Investment Limited is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Cheerful Autumn Holdings Limited, which is wholly-owned by Rue Feng Holdings Limited, which in turn is legally owned by the HSBC International Trustee Limited as trustee to the Rue Feng family trust. Mr. Yang Peng, being the protector of the Rue Feng family trust, has the power to appoint and remove, and to amend the rights of, the trustee to the Rue Feng family trust.
