Upon completion of the agreement dated 14 February 2019 (as amended and restated on 24 May 2019) and entered into between Sun International Group Limited (the "Listco") as issuer and First Cheer Holdings Limited ("First Cheer") as subscriber in relation to the subscription of 780,322,000 shares, on 28 June 2019, (i) the Listco allotted and issued 780,332,000 shares to First Cheer; and (ii) the issued shares of the Listco increased from 1,391,400,000 shares to 2,171,732,000 shares.
