The Company cancelled certain repurchased Shares on 21 May 2019 thereby increasing my interest in the Company to exceed one-third of its remaining issued Shares. I am deemed to be interested in the shares of Rivera (Holdings) Limited ("Rivera") in which the Company has an interest. Including my deemed interest in such Rivera shares, my interest in Rivera exceeds one-third of its issued shares. I am therefore deemed to be interested in the Shares in which Rivera has an interest.
