Supplementary information
:
Under the scheme of arrangement for the privatisation of Hopewell Holdings Limited (the "Company"), the share capital of the Company was reduced by cancelling and extinguishing 547,845,931 shares. The share capital of the Company was then increased to its former amount by the issue of 547,845,931 shares to Petrus HK Co Limited on 2 May 2019. Tiger HK Co Ltd, which is 50% owned by Wu KWOK Sau Ping Ivy, indirectly owns 76.15% of Petrus HK Co Limited.
