Among the 162,000,000 shares, 121,500,000 Shares are held by China Full Limited ("CFL") (for the remaining Shares, refer to Box 27 and 30). Mr. Ji Guang, as founder, established J&Y Family Trust (a discretionary trust). UBS Trustees (BVI) Limited, in the capacity of trustee of J&Y Family Trust (through UBS Nominees Limited, Petrochemical Gas Group Limited and Sino Gas Holdings Group Limited) indirectly owns the entire equity interest of CFL (and the 121,500,000 Shares held by CFL).
