An aggregate of 48,707 shares of Y. T. Realty Group Limited, being undistributed fractional shares and shares which would otherwise have been transferred to non-qualifying overseas shareholders of Yugang International Limited, were transferred back to Yugang International Limited (a corporation controlled by Cheung Chung Kiu) pursuant to the terms of the distribution in specie by Yugang International Limited as disclosed in its announcement dated 30 October 2018.
