("Universe") (representing 38,317,710 shares) have accepted the Mandatory Cash Offer as set out in the Composite Document of Universe and PEG dated 26 Oct 2018. Globalcrest Enterprises Ltd ("GEL") is interested in 33,546,853 shares. GEL is wholly owned by Central Core Resources Ltd, the trustee of a discretionary trust where Mr. Daneil Lam is the founder & discretionary object of such trust.
