Reference is made to the announcement of Nanfang Communication Holdings Limited dated 29 August 2018, in which it is stated that, on 28 August 2018, Ms. Yu Ruping and Mr. Yu Jinlai transferred their respective shares in Pacific Mind Development Limited ("Pacific Mind") to Ms. Yu Rumin who then further transferred all her shares in Pacific Mind to UBS Nominee Limited, as the nominee of UBS TC (Jersey) Ltd., the trustee, by way of gifts, for the purpose of setting up a trust.
