For box 24, Mr. Sun's interest in the listed corporation ("listco") decreased as his interest in the listco was diluted pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option by way of allotment of 7,399,000 shares. His indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Rising Sun Limited, (1) beneficially holds 120,076,000 listco shares; (2) acts as a general partner of 51 Xinhu L.P., which in turn holds 50,355,000 listco shares; and (3) holds 387,756,522 listco shares through various voting proxies.
