Reference is made to the announcements of Green Leader Holdings Group Limited dated 1 June 2018 and 30 July 2018 in relation to the proposed issue of Convertible Notes under specific mandate and the poll results of the SGM. The HK$380,000,000 Convertible Notes which are convertible into 1,151,515,151 shares has been issued to China OEPC Limited on 30 July 2018. The HK$15,000,000 Convertible Notes which are convertible into 45,454,545 shares has been issued to Hao Ting on 30 July 2018.
