On 23 July 2018, Mingyuan Group Investment Limited (“Mingyuan Group”) entered into a deed of share charge with China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (“CICC”), pursuant to which, Mingyuan Group agreed to pledge 28,032,000 shares out of 1,350,000,000 shares held by it in favour of CICC as security for the payment and discharge of the secured obligations.
