Pursuant to the Irrevocable Undertaking given by each of the underwriters in favour of the Company, the Underwriters have undertaken to the Company, among others, that they and their respective associates (other than Full Guang) will subscribe, an aggregate of 74,094,921 Rights Shares which will be provisionally allotted to them as holders of 370,474,628 existing Shares (with the exception of the 3,696,750 Shares held through Full Guang, which is in turn jointly owned by the Underwriters).
