Mr. Ho, Lawrence Yau Lung ("Mr. Ho") and Quick Glitter Limited ("Quick Glitter"), a company wholly owned by Mr. Ho, have entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent on 15 December 2017, pursuant to which Mr. Ho and Quick Glitter agreed to sell 20,000,000 shares and 238,634,464 shares of Summit Ascent Holdings Limited ("Summit Ascent") respectively at a price of HK$1.05 per share to the placing agent.
