On 17 March 2017, a total entitlement of 72,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") in ASM Pacific Technology Limited ("ASMPT") were allocated to Mr. Tsui Ching Man, Stanley and his spouse in respect of their respective services to ASMPT and its subsidiaries to vest at the end of respective vesting periods expiring on 15 December 2017 (37,000 SHares), 14 December 2018 (23,300 Shares) and 16 December 2019 (11,700 SHares) respectively.
