On 7 December 2017, Mr. Ng Xinwei acquired shares in Agritrade International Pte Ltd ("AIPL"), the controlling shareholder of the listed corporation, to a level which controls over one-third or more of the voting power at its general meetings. AIPL was deemed to have become a controlled corporation of Mr. Ng under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Mr. Ng was therefore deemed to be interested in the shares of the listed corporation held by AIPL.
