Supplementary information: Mr. Sin and Templeton entered into a new deed of undertaking on 24 April 2017 and supplemental deeds on 26 May 2017 and 9 June 2017 respectively whereby Mr. Sin undertakes to pay the shortfall to Templeton upon completion of the sale of 103,888,000 Shares to a 3rd party purchaser identified by Mr. Sin and Mr. Sin identified a 3rd party purchaser on 28 September 2017, so the condition where the price of the underlying shares shall be below certain level for Mr. Sin to pay the shortfall ceased.
