As the Capital Reorganisation (“CR”) has become effective on 28 August 2017 and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Convertible Bonds (“CB”) and the terms of the Share Options (“SO”) and the share option scheme adopted by North Asia Resources Holdings Limited, the conversion prices and the number of conversion shares upon conversion of the CBs and the exercise price and the number of option shares upon exercise of the SO granted have be adjusted as a result of the CR.
