6,487,000 shares in Xin Point Holdings Limited ("XPHL") were allotted to Green Pinnacle Holdings Limited ("Green Pinnacle") on 27 July 2017. The remaining 31,013,000 were returned from BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) Limited ("BNP") to Green Pinnacle on 28 July 2017. Green Pinnacle no longer has obligations to lend any shares in XPHL under any stock borrowing agreement.
