On 20 September 2026, Target International Trustee Limited replaced IQ EQ Trustees (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as trustee of the Li Family Trust and became the sole shareholder of Lendit Holdings Limited without consideration. Lendit owns 99% of Elm Pacific Holdings Limited and 100% of Sunnyland Ventures Limited, which hold 668,156,681 and 138,422,697 shares respectively in China New Higher Education Group Limited. Target is therefore deemed interested in 806,579,378 shares.
