On 25 August 2026, XCY Future Limited transferred 11,429,000 shares of Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. (the "Co") to Lighthouse Light Investments Limited ("Lighthouse"). As XCY Yongqing Limited ("YQ") acts in concert with the parties stated in box 23, YQ is deemed to be interested in the increased no. of shares held by Lighthouse in the Co. For Box 20, as YQ controls over one-third of the voting power of the Co, it is taken to have interest in the 11,492,000 treasury shares of the Co.
