(the "Company") to Lighthouse Light Investments Limited. For Box 20, as Lighthouse Light Investments Limited controls over one-third of the voting power at general meetings of the Company, it is taken to have interest in the treasury shares of the Company and accordingly the Company held 11,492,000 treasury shares in aggregate.
