59,000,000 issued shares were alloted to SchemeCo (i.e Bright Meridian Limited), pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement between CA Cultural Technology Group Limited and its creditors, for the benefit of scheme creditors. Messrs Chan Yiu Bong and Chan Man Hoi (Ivan) are the administrators of the Scheme. On 7 September 2026, 348,916,026 new shares were issued at HK$0.1772 upon exercise of the conversion rights attached to the Convertible Bonds, diluting SchemeCo's shareholding interest.
