Supplementary information: |
The equity collar transaction entered into by Extensive Prosperous Investments Limited (“EPIL”) referencing 20,000,000 shares of Autostreets Development Ltd. (“Shares”) was terminated on 16 September 2026. The obligation to return the Shares borrowed by the counterparty to the collar to EPIL were fully netted against EPIL’s obligation to deliver the shares to counterparty to physically settle the options under the collar (see Box 17-1213; Box 17-15015).
