Supplementary information: |
For boxes 17 and 20: Cowell e Holdings Inc. (the "Company") repurchased an aggregate of 1,817,000 ordinary shares on the open market pursuant to the general mandate to repurchase shares granted by the shareholders at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 28 May 2026 where were held as treasury shares. As Luxsan Limited controls over one-third of the voting power at general meetings of the Company, it is taken to have interest in the treasury shares of the Company under the SFO.
