Supplementary information: |
Temasek ceased to have a notifiable interest in the shares as a result of sale by Palace, an independently managed Temasek portfolio company. Two 100% subsidiaries of Temasek as disclosed in its filing dated 22 August 2025, Linden Investments Pte. Ltd. (Linden) and Fullerton Fund Investments Pte Ltd (FFI), have both ceased to control Palace as a result of a restructuring prior to date of relevant event and accordingly both Linden and FFI had ceased to have any shares of the listed corporation.
