(as purchaser) completed the sale and purchase of 190,000,000 issued shares of the Company for a consideration of HK$77,900,000. Global Line Network Sdn. Bhd. is 97.71% owned by United Link Co., Ltd., which is in turn 99.29% owned by Wiselink Co., Ltd. Accordingly, Wiselink Co., Ltd. is taken to be interested in those shares held by Global Line Network Sdn. Bhd.
