依重慶市第五中級人民法院裁定批准的隆鑫系十三家公司實質合併重整計劃，本公司將所持重慶渝九信企業管理諮詢有限公司100%股權零對價轉讓予國民信託有限公司用於設立重整抵債服務信託，對應穿透持有齊合環保240,772,843股普通股（佔比15%）的間接權益同步轉移。本次轉讓為重整法定償債安排，無現金對價。轉讓完成後，本公司仍透過全資子公司渝商投資集團（香港）有限公司持有齊合環保737,610,338股普通股（佔比45.95%）。
