國民信託有限公司以信託受託人身分，代「國民信託鳳凰24號齊合環保抵債服務信託計劃」持有齊合環保集團有限公司240,772,843股普通股，佔已發行股份總數15.00%。本次權益取得系執行重慶市第五中級人民法院裁定批准之隆鑫集團等十三家公司實質合併重整計劃：渝商投資集團股份有限公司將所持重慶渝九信企業管理諮詢有限公司100%股權零對價劃轉至本受託人，用於設立破產重整抵債服務信託，交易無現金對價。本信託受益人均為隆鑫系重整計劃項下普通債權人，經穿透核查，單一受益人對應的齊合環保股份權益均低於5%。受託人僅按照信託合同約定履行事務管理職責，不享有任何股份實益權益。
