On 3 July 2026, Redco Properties Group Limited received a letter from the Receivers. The Lender completed acquisition of 48,000,000 shares in the Company on 2 July 2026 at gross valuation of HKD45,120,000 (exclusive of all expenses). Net proceeds will reduce Redco Properties Group Limited 's liabilities. Redco Properties Group Limited's interest in the Company reduced from 75% to 51%, with the remaining 51% held by the Receivers.
