Kingboard Investments Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of KHL, entered into a placing agreement for the placing of 155,000,000 shares of the listed corporation on 17 June 2026. As Hallgain controls more than one-third or more of the voting power at general meetings of KHL, Hallgain is deemed to be interested in the same shares in which KHL is interested for DoI purpose.
