HSBC Holdings plc's ("HGHQ")'s interest changed in the long position due to increased convertible bond holdings under one of HGHQ's controlled corporations. On 10 June 2026, Swire Pacific Limited delivered 180 million ordinary shares of the listed stock to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HSBC") under HSBC's borrowing request pursuant to the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement dated 9 June 2026, causing HSBC's initial acquired interest in the short position.
