On 12 June 2026, China Merchants Bank, Shanghai Zhangjiang Branch (the "Secured Party") has signd a deed of release in favour of Sino Xin Ding Limited (the "Mortgagor"), by which, among others, the Secured Party has agreed to release all the security interest created by the Mortgagor over and in respect of the shares in Sino ICT Holdings Ltd.
