On December 6, 2021, CR Partners Limited ("CRP") became aware of the completion of a sale of 350,000 shares of the Company on behalf of one of its minority shareholders ("Transaction"). The proceeds of the Transaction were used as consideration for CRP to repurchase that minority shareholder's shares in CRP. After the repurchase, FBH Partners Limited's control in CRP increased from 81.65% to 81.73%. CRP did not sell any shares on behalf of FBH Partners Limited in the Transaction.
