Supplementary information: |
On 9 Sep 2021, New York Broadband Ltd and Chi Capital Management Co Ltd (as borrowers) and Rachini Alley Ltd ("RAL") (as lender) entered into a loan agreement, pursuant to which Chi Capital Holdings Ltd has (i) pledged Zero Coupon Convertible Note maturing on 2 Sept 2028 issued by CMMB Vision Holdings Ltd (face value USD10m) (the "Note") and (ii) granted RAL a call option, to allow RAL to purchase the USD1m of the Note at face value on the date the loan is (to be) fully repaid.
