On 30 July 2021, Solution Key Holdings Limited ("Vendor") entered into agreement with Water Lily Investment Limited ("Purchaser") pursuant to which the Vendor agreed to sell, and Purchaser agreed to purcahse approximately 7% shares issued in the share capital of HengTen Networks Group Limited ("HengTen"). For details, please refer to the announcement of HengTen dated 1 August 2021. On 24 August 2021, completion of the sale of 7% shares issued in the share capital of HengTen took place.
