Honor Limited's percentage of interest decreased because of the partial exercise of the over-allotment option which involved the allotment of 10,765,000 shares in Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited (the "Company"). Honor Limited lent 15,000,000 shares of the Company to Haitong International Securities Company Limited pursuant to a stock borrowing agreement and have been fully returned to Honor Limited on 4 August 2021. Please refer to box 20 for the capacity of the shares held.
