Supplementary information: |
The issued share capital of the Listed Company has increased due to issue of ordinary shares pursuant to Scrip Dividend Arrangement on 21 June 2021. Concurrently, HSBC International Trustee Limited ("HKIT"), by virtue of being the trustee, directly received 1,007,168 scrip dividend shares, and a total of 5,092,940 scrip dividend shares were allotted to its controlled corporations as indirect holdings which resulted to increase in the percentage level of interest of HKIT.
