On 9 June 2021, a deed of release was executed between China Shandong Hi-Speed Capital Limited ("CSHS") as lender and New Amuse Limited as released party in relation to a share mortgage dated 28 April 2021 previously executed between them. Pursuant to such deed of release, 600,000,000 shares in China Dili Group originally mortgaged to CSHS as security in relation to certain facility agreement have been released and CSHS ceases to hold any security interest in the said shares in China Dili Group.
