The percentage level of our deemed interest in the listed corporation reduced due to an increase in the number of issued shares in the listed corporation. Revision is made to the number of total shares immediately before and after the relevant event because we became aware on 21 January 2019 that 4 shares in the listed corporation directly interested by Chongqing Industrial Limited (a corporation controlled by us) had been disposed of by the bare trustee thereof on 23 July 2003.
