27. Supplementary information: On 21 December 2018, Landsea Green Group Co., Ltd. ("Listco") issued an aggregate of 341,176,471 new shares at the Issue Price of HK$0.85 per share to Landsea International Holdings Limited for capitalization of the shareholder loans. As a result, the interest in the shares of the Listco held by Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. through Fuji Investment Management Limited was diluted from 7.46% to 6.92%.
