(the "Co") to Lighthouse Light Investments Limited ("Lighthouse"). As Mr. YE Hongli acts in concert with the parties stated in box 21, he is deemed to be interested in the increased no. of shares held by Lighthouse in the Co. As he controls over one-third of the voting power of the Co, it is taken to have interest in the 11,492,000 treasury shares of the Co.
