於2026年9月17日，佛山市海天調味食品股份有限公司通過集中競價交易方式於上海證券交易所以現金支付總代價人民幣26,358,429.17元(平均每股人民幣33.9190元)購回777,100股A股，由回購專用證券賬戶持有。根據日期為2023年12月27日的一致行動協議，廣東海天集團股份有限公司由一致行動人士集團合共擁有73.59%的權益（其中龐康先生、程雪女士、管江華先生、陳軍陽先生、文志州先生及廖長輝先生分別擁有廣東海天集團股份有限公司約50.63%、16.78%、3.27%（包括管江華先生的配偶持有的1.79%股權）、1.17%、1.11%及0.62%的權益）。佛山市海天調味食品股份有限公司回購專用證券賬戶回購並持有22,357,492股A股。陳軍陽先生被視為於上市公司持有的該等購回A股中擁有權益。
